Service offer
Effective date: 21 November 2025
This Service Offer (the “Offer”) is a legally binding offer made by GrantiX Solutions LTD to enter into an agreement with any eligible person (18+) who accepts this Offer (the “Acceptance”) and uses the GrantiX Platform.
1. Definitions
Company / Operator — GrantiX Solutions LTD, Republic of Cyprus, reg. no. ΗΕ 484044, address: Αλεξάνδρειας, 2-4, BRIDGE TOWER, Flat/Office 3Α, 3013, Λεμεσός, Κύπρος.
Platform / GrantiX Platform — the website and services available at www.grantix.com and any related pages and/or applications.
User — any person (or an authorised representative of a legal entity) using the Platform.
Project Owner / Social Entrepreneur — a User who applies to publish a Project and launch a fundraising Campaign.
Donor — a User who makes a Donation to a Project.
Project — a social initiative published on the Platform.
Campaign — a fundraising page/mechanism for a Project.
Donation — a voluntary, gratuitous transfer of funds/digital assets to a Project Owner (or for the Project) via or using the Platform.
Services — services provided by the Company, including (i) access to the Platform and its functionality; and (ii) paid services (e.g., consultations, onboarding), if ordered.
Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer as set out in Section 3.
2. Subject Matter
2.1. The Company provides access to the Platform enabling:
(a) Project Owners to apply to publish Projects and launch Campaigns;
(b) Donors to browse Projects and make Donations;
(c) Users to use personal accounts, including linking a web3 wallet.
2.2. The Company may (but is not obliged to) provide paid services (consultations, onboarding, support services, etc.). Scope and fees may be communicated upon request via support and/or confirmed in correspondence, an invoice, a specific order, or other means determined by the Company.
2.3. The Company does not guarantee:
(a) that any Campaign will receive Donations or reach targets;
(b) that any Project/Campaign application will be approved;
(c) uninterrupted operation of blockchain networks, payment processors, KYC providers, or other third parties.
3. Acceptance and Formation of Agreement
3.1. The agreement is formed upon any of the following actions:
(a) registration and creation of an account; and/or
(b) completion of identity verification (KYC) through a provider selected by the Company (e.g., Blockpass), where required; and/or
(c) submission of a Project/Campaign application; and/or
(d) making a Donation; and/or
(e) ordering and/or paying for the Company’s paid services.
3.2. By using the Platform, the User confirms that they are 18+ and legally capable, and that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
4. Account, Security and Wallets
4.1. Registration is mandatory. The Company may collect email, name/surname and other data necessary for the Platform and compliance (KYC/AML).
4.2. Users are responsible for account security and web3 wallet security.
The Company will never ask for seed phrases or private keys.
4.3. Multiple accounts may be permitted; however, fundraising may be restricted to a unique crypto address or a unique bank card, depending on the Platform settings and compliance requirements.
5. Terms for Project Owners
5.1. Publishing a Project / launching a Campaign is subject to review. KYC and supporting documents/materials may be required.
5.2. The Company may approve or reject any application at its discretion, request additional information, or suspend/remove Projects/Campaigns due to violations, complaints, legal requests, or compliance/security risks.
5.3. The Project Owner represents and warrants that Project information is accurate, lawful, and that funds will be used for the stated purpose.
5.4. Project Owners are solely responsible for project delivery, communications, reporting, taxes, and regulatory compliance.
6. Terms for Donors
6.1. Donations are voluntary and generally:
(a) are not investments and do not provide financial return;
(b) may be non‑refundable, especially for crypto;
(c) are made relying on information provided by Project Owners.
6.2. Donors must verify transaction details (wallet addresses, amounts, etc.). Mistakes may be irreversible, and the Company is not liable for user input errors.
6.3. Donors are responsible for any applicable taxes and legal obligations.
7. Paid Services
7.1. Paid services may include consultations, onboarding, project support and other services.
7.2. Prices may not be publicly displayed and are provided upon request via support and/or agreed individually.
7.3. Services are deemed duly provided unless a reasoned objection is submitted within a reasonable time.
8. Payments and Providers
8.1. Payments/Donations may be made in various fiat currencies and/or crypto, subject to availability.
8.2. Payments may be processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe and/or other payment providers; blockchain networks). Users may be subject to such third parties’ terms and policies.
8.3. As a rule, the Company does not store full bank card details; card processing is handled by payment providers under industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS). (If this changes, the terms will be updated.)
9. Refunds and Cancellations
9.1. Donations are generally non‑refundable. Where applicable law requires refunds in specific cases, the Company will review requests and may assist where technically possible, without guaranteeing a refund (especially for blockchain transactions).
9.2. Paid consultations and onboarding (and other services expressly marked as non‑refundable) are non‑refundable once the service has started or results have been provided, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9.3. Mandatory consumer rights (where applicable) apply to the extent required by law.
10. Company and User Rights/Obligations
The Company may modify the Platform, enforce moderation and security measures, and suspend accounts for violations, fraud, security or compliance risks (including sanctions/AML considerations).
Users must comply with these terms, provide truthful information, pass KYC when required, and not misuse the Platform.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform, code, design, texts, databases and the Company’s content (including social media content) are protected IP. Users receive a limited licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose only. Copying or reuse without consent is prohibited. Brand mentions are allowed in good faith.
12. User Content Licence
Users retain ownership of their content but grant the Company a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, process and display such content for operating and promoting the Project within the Platform. The Company may remove content that violates rules or the law.
13. Data Protection
The Company processes personal data for providing services, security, KYC/AML, support and improvements. Hosting is located in Switzerland. The Company may engage processors (KYC, payment providers, analytics such as Google Analytics) subject to confidentiality and security. A separate Personal Data Processing Consent may be published at /data-processing-consent.
14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Company is not liable for third‑party actions (Project Owners, Donors, payment providers, blockchain networks, KYC providers) or user errors (wrong wallet addresses, compromised keys/seed phrases, etc.).
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User to the Company for paid services during the last 3 months, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
15. Termination
The agreement is indefinite. The Company may suspend/terminate access for violations, fraud, security, legal or compliance reasons.
16. Changes
The Company may update this Offer, with notice via email and/or in‑Platform notifications (and additionally via social media).
17. Governing Law and Disputes
Cyprus law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
18. Language
This Offer may be available in Russian and English. In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
