Terms of Use
Effective date: 21 November 2025
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the GrantiX Platform at www.grantix.com. Commercial terms for paid services and certain donation‑related terms may also be governed by the Service Offer at /offer and/or specific order terms.
1. Acceptance
By registering, creating an account, completing KYC, browsing, uploading content, applying for a Project/Campaign, or making a Donation, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+. You must provide accurate information and complete KYC/verification when required. Failure may result in restricted access.
3. Account Security and Wallets
You are responsible for actions taken under your account and for safeguarding your credentials and web3 wallet. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and subject to volatility.
4. Project and Content Rules
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, violent, or otherwise non‑compliant (including AML/sanctions related risks). The Company may moderate, request documents, or remove/suspend Projects/Campaigns due to risk or policy reasons.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not hack, bypass restrictions, deploy malware, scrape data at scale, conduct DDoS attacks, misuse the Platform for fraud/AML violations, impersonate others, or request/collect seed phrases/private keys from other users.
6. User Content
You retain rights in your content but grant the Company a licence to host, process and display it for operating the Platform (as further described in /offer). You are responsible for your content and rights.
7. Company IP
The Platform and the Company’s materials are protected IP. No copying or redistribution without permission. Brand mentions are allowed in good faith, but no false endorsement/partnership.
8. Third‑Party Services
The Platform may rely on third‑party services (KYC, payments, analytics). The Company is not responsible for third‑party performance outside its reasonable control. You must comply with third‑party terms when using such services.
9. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service or fundraising outcomes and is not responsible for Project Owners’ promises or actions.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for user mistakes (wrong wallet addresses, lost keys/seed phrases, etc.), indirect damages, or lost profits. Liability limits are as stated in /offer where applicable, or the minimum allowed by law.
11. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud suspicion, security risks, or legal/compliance requirements.
12. Changes
The Company may update these Terms with notice via email and/or in‑Platform notifications.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
Cyprus law; competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONSENT
Effective date: 21 November 2025
By using the GrantiX Platform (www.grantix.com), I freely and explicitly consent to GrantiX Solutions LTD (Republic of Cyprus, reg. no. ΗΕ 484044, address: Αλεξάνδρειας, 2-4, BRIDGE TOWER, Flat/Office 3Α, 3013, Λεμεσός, Κύπρος; email: legal@grantix.com) processing my personal data as described below.
1. Data covered
This consent may include processing of:
- identity data: name, surname, email;
- KYC/verification data where required: documents and information provided via a KYC provider;
- account and usage data: logs, IP address, cookies, events;
- project data (for Project Owners): documents, photos, descriptions, company/organisation details;
- payment data: transaction records, statuses, identifiers and tokens; full card details are typically processed by the payment provider and not stored by the Company;
- web3 data: wallet addresses and related transaction identifiers.
2. Purposes
Processing is carried out for:
(a) registration and account administration;
(b) providing Platform functionality;
(c) KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention and security;
(d) processing payments/donations via providers;
(e) support and communications;
(f) analytics and improvements (including Google Analytics);
(g) legal compliance and protection of rights;
(h) marketing communications only if separately opted‑in, if and when launched.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, storage, organisation, use, disclosure to processors, anonymisation, restriction and deletion.
4. Disclosures / processors
The Company may engage processors such as: KYC providers (e.g., Blockpass), payment processors (e.g., Stripe and/or others), analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), hosting providers (hosting in Switzerland), and other vendors required to operate the service, subject to confidentiality and security.
5. Term and withdrawal
This consent remains valid during my use of the Platform and for as long as needed for the purposes above and legal retention. I can withdraw consent by emailing legal@grantix.com. I understand withdrawal may limit Platform use, and processing required for contract performance or legal obligations may continue to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By ticking a checkbox and/or taking actions indicating consent (registration, Platform use, completing KYC).
